ARCH Motorcycle was established in 2011 with the goal of changing people's perceptions of what an American motorcycle may be. Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinger created Arch Motorcycle Company, LLC in 2011 as a high-end custom American motorcycle manufacturer.

Keanu Reeves, who is well-known for his love of motorbikes, met custom bike manufacturer Gard Hollinger in 2007.  develop the Arch Motorcycle Company as a result of their shared understanding. Reeves hired Hollinger to personalise a Harley-Davidson motorbike, and after five years of design and testing, only the Harley-Davidson engine remained. 

Reeves was so taken with the finished product's handling and character that he recommended he and Hollinger create their own motorcycle firm. Hollinger first rejected since he ran his own motorcycle customisation business at the time and didn't want to accept the risk of building a whole motorcycle and its component parts from the ground up.

Arch has created three models as of November 2017: KRGT-1, 1s, and Method 143, which are afterwards tailored to customers' exact preferences. Each model is defined as a "American performance cruiser" - a motorcycle designed in the traditional American motorcycle style with the comfort and range of a cruiser but with the performance of a sports bike, according to Reeves and Hollinger.

The 1s and Method 143 have a more aggressive, sportier riding stance and design. The Method 143 is a "concept," which means it has a distinctive and striking appearance, similar to concept automobiles.

Every ARCH Motorcycle is a one-of-a-kind production model.

The ARCH KRGT-1, ARCH 1s, and ARCH Method 143 all use a collaborative process to customise the livery and ergonomics for each owner. Our customers are involved in the design process from the start, working closely with our in-house designers to co-create their ARCH motorcycle.

Completed over 100,000 development miles on a variety of routes as a group. learn to improve the whole riding experience, whether it's collecting braking and suspension data along the twisting Angeles Crest Highway, testing comfort qualities, or understanding acceleration loads on Southern California freeways.

The end product is a flexible performance cruiser capable of carving canyons or travelling long distances in comfort.

Arch prefers to avoid taking the easy way out and instead seeks out alternatives that allow the manufacturing process to adhere to the design's specifications.
