Mercedes Benz E-Class (2022)

by on June 18, 2022
Mercedes

Mercedes-Benz, or simply Mercedes, is a German luxury and commercial vehicle automobile manufacturer founded in 1926. The headquarters of Mercedes-Benz AG (a Mercedes-Benz Group company founded in 2019) is in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Mercedes-Benz AG manufactures Mercedes-Benz luxury automobiles and commercial vehicles. Daimler Truck, a previous part of the Mercedes-Benz Group that became an independent company in late 2021, will manage Mercedes-Benz-badged heavy commercial vehicles (trucks and buses) starting in November 2019.

Mercedes-Benz was the world's most popular luxury vehicle brand in 2018, with 2.31 million passenger cars sold.

In our luxury midsize car rankings for 2022, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class ranks towards the top. With a first-rate interior, a nice ride, and plenty of technology, it's everything a premium luxury car should be.

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class would be ranked first in the Luxury Midsize Cars category in 2022. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class currently has an 8.7 out of 10 score, which is based on our analysis of 47 research and data items from multiple sources.

It comes with a variety of strong engines, including turbocharged four- and six-cylinder engines, as well as a twin-turbo V8. The ride quality is excellent, and only a few other premium midsize automobiles can equal the elegance of this Mercedes' interior. The cabin is peaceful and elegant, with soft seats and a variety of basic technological equipment.

If you can afford it, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class is one of the best automobiles in the class, and you should have a look at it. That final point is crucial, because the Mercedes' major flaw is its pricing, which is significantly higher than many competitors at both ends of the trim scale.

However, this is a fantastic car, and many buyers would argue that it is well worth the money.

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan starts at $54,950, making it one of the most expensive luxury midsize cars on the market. The starting price for the E-Class coupe is $66,100, while the waggon starts at $68,400. The E-Class cabriolet starts at $73,250, which is around Rs.15,324,581.23 before taxes.

The E-Class is available with four engine options, all of which are excellent. The E 350 comes with a 255-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine that's ideal for daily driving. Even so, it lacks the responsiveness and power of the other engines in the series.

The turbocharged six-cylinder engines in the E 450 (362 horsepower) and AMG E 53 (429 horsepower) offer more powerful acceleration and have plenty of power to spare on the motorway. Finally, there's the AMG E 63 S's brawny 603-horsepower twin-turbo V8, which propels this Mercedes to speeds that few sports cars can equal.

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is one of the most luxurious midsize sedans available. There's something for everyone here, with four body styles, many energetic powertrain options, great interior quality, comfortable seats, and a soft ride. The E-Class is more expensive than many of its competitors, and it isn't as athletic as other competitors, but if you have budget for it, it's a decision you won't regret.

New Toyota Supra.

by on June 17, 2022
Supra

The Toyota Supra (Japanese:, Hepburn: Toyota Spura) is a sports automobile and grand tourer that was first produced by Toyota Motor Corporation in 1978. The word "supra" comes from a Latin word that means "above," "to beyond," or "to go beyond."

From 1978 until 2002, four generations of the Supra were developed. The fifth generation has been in production since March 2019 and has been available for purchase since May 2019.  The original Supra's style was based on the Toyota Celica, but it was longer and wider.

Beginning in mid-1986, the A70 Supra was distinguished from the Celica. As a result, Toyota dropped the Celica prefix and renamed the vehicle Supra. [6] Due to its name's closeness and history, the Celica is commonly confused with the Supra, and vice versa. The Supra's first, second, and third generations were built at the Tahara facility in Tahara, Aichi, while the fourth generation was built at Toyota's Motomachi plant.

From the street to the track: The Toyota GR Supra GT4 Concept makes its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show (March 7–17, 2019). The study converts the iconic sports vehicle's fifth model generation into a powerful race car for the worldwide GT4 championship.

Even the commercial version of the two-seater had all of the ingredients for success in motorsport: finely balanced suspension, a stiff as light body, rear-wheel drive, and a low centre of gravity. At a racing series where power-balance requirements (weight adjustment to engine performance) ensure balanced competitiveness, the combination of a short wheelbase and wide track in the perfect ratio of 1.55 ensures excellent stability and agility.

The Toyota GAZOO Racing concept car is readily recognisable as a supra: the muscular design is kept, even though the study has grown in length and the height has been reduced again. A big rear wing and a specially designed front diffuser minimise air resistance and improve downforce. Instead of carbon fibre, both components are comprised of composite materials containing natural fibres such as hemp and flax. The original alloy wheels have been replaced with 18-inch five-hole racing bikes.

With national and regional championships in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania, the GT4 is one of the world's fastest growing racing series. It was founded in 2006 and is a cost-effective series for both pros and amateurs who can utilise the GT4 as a stepping stone to higher-level competitions such as the GT3. The interest of potential customers will determine whether the Toyota GR Supra GT4 Concept goes into production as an affordable racing car for private racers and teams.

The standard Supra is already one step ahead: the limited A90 Edition, which was released to commemorate the sports car's return after a 17-year hiatus, is already sold out. The normal version's order books are also nearly full: nearly 900 orders for the new edition have been received from all around Europe.

New Toyota Fortuner.

by on June 15, 2022

SUV

The Toyota Fortuner, commonly known as the Toyota SW4, is a Japanese mid-size SUV that has been in production since 2004. It has two/three rows of seats and is available in either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. It is based on the Hilux pickup truck platform. It's part of Toyota's IMV programme, which also comprises the Hilux and Innova for emerging markets. Fortuner is a name formed from the word fortune in English.

While the first-generation Fortuner was designed in Thailand by Thai and Japanese engineers, the facelifted model, as well as the Hilux and Innova, were designed in Australia by Toyota Australia, which is also involved for the second-generation vehicle's development.

Toyota provides the Hilux Surf/4Runner (Japan/North America) and the Land Cruiser Prado in the midsize body-on-frame SUV class (Europe and Australasia). Toyota, on the other hand, provides the Fortuner alongside the 4Runner and/or Prado in various Central and South American countries, as well as New Zealand.

The Fortuner was available with two petrol engines and two diesel engines. All models were available in RWD or 4WD, with either a 5-speed manual or a 4- or 5-speed automatic transmission. In August 2012, the 2.5-litre common-rail turbodiesel 2KD-FTV engine was upgraded to a variable nozzle turbocharger (VNT), which had been standard on the 3.0-litre common-rail turbodiesel 1KD-FTV since its launch in 2005, to boost power and torque by 60% while lowering fuel consumption by 30%.

The Fortuner could now accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0–62 mph) in around 11 seconds with this VNT equipment (less than 10 seconds for 3.0-litre engine).

We've seen new photographs and news about the new Toyota Fortuner Legender on social media, and we're here to give you our initial impressions on the SUV. It is the Fortuner's top-of-the-line variation and Toyota's most expensive locally built automobile in Pakistan. This generation was introduced in 2016, and it received a refresh last year.

In comparison to the normal Fortuner, the automobile now boasts Quad LED Projection Headlamps. There are also Legender-style DRLs and Fog Lamps, as well as sequential turn signals and Front Parking Sensors on the vehicle.

Piano black features are found on the front grille, which is complemented by a mesh silver skid plate at the bottom. Its 18-inch Alloy Wheels with fresh machine cut and chrome style are a standout feature on the side. The size of this alloy wheel is 19 inches in some international markets, although 18 inches is the standard everywhere. Furthermore, the side step is black rather than silver in other models.

The sideview mirrors have LED indicators, but they aren't sequential, and the door handles are chrome as well. Sequential LED Indicators, black parts instead of chrome, and Rear Parking Sensors are just a few of the visible modifications in the back.

Along with the appearance, the inside has undergone significant alterations. The new two-tone interior hue, Black and Maroon, is the first thing to notice. Ambient lighting is available in the Central Cluster, Door Controls, and Front Foot.

Peripheral Leather has replaced the prior seat material, which is softer and more comfortable. Additionally, there is red stitching around the steering wheel and a glossy black finish on the central console.

Instrumental Cluster's colour has been modified to a fully white background with red accents.

Toyota Fortuner Legender is currently priced at Rs. 10,842,000, which is Rs. 450,000 less than the basic Fortuner Sigma E4. However, you will receive a lot of extra amenities in the SUV as a result of the price hike.

Toyota vehicles are popular in their segments, and they have a large fanbase. The new facelifts are fantastic news for the country's fuel aficionados. Let's see how big of a difference they make in Toyota sales.

Electric Vehicles In Pakistan.

by on June 08, 2022
Electric Vehicle

Pakistan joined the global EV revolution last year with the adoption and implementation of a framework for an auto policy that promotes the notion of electric vehicles (EVs). So far, the federal government has announced a number of tax and monetary measures that benefit EV and hybrid vehicle owners, including tax and fee reductions.

The country's hybrid and electric vehicle industry is projected to benefit from a comprehensive auto policy for the next five years, which is presently in the works.

The value-added tax on the import of electric vehicles (EVs) has also been removed for the current fiscal year in the federal budget 2021-22. The authorities are presently working on a long-term strategy that aims to convert at least 30 percent of the country's total automobiles to electric vehicles within the next 15 to 20 years.

Electric vehicle charging stations are springing up all over the country. Pakistan's first electric motorcycle, produced and supplied by Jolta Electric, was recently introduced by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

With all of the aforementioned variables in mind, the number of electric vehicles is predicted to skyrocket, significantly diversifying the scope of the local auto industry. Click on the highlighted text to discover more about Pakistan's electric vehicle policy.

With Honda's Vezel, Toyota's Prius and Aqua, and other models on the roads, Pakistan already has a sizable market for hybrid vehicles. The launch of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the Automotive Development Policy (2016–2021) are encouraging foreign investments for new automobile brands to enter the Pakistani market, while the leading automobile manufacturers in Pakistan are interested in introducing electric vehicle (EV) models with a wide range of prices that target consumers of various income groups.

Several members of the worldwide automobile industry, notably South Korea, China, and Japan, feel Pakistan has a large potential market for electric vehicles, and local businesses are partnering with them to deliver EVs to the country.

Karakoram Motors is a Pakistani automaker with headquarters in Karachi, Sindh. Dynasty IT electric vehicles are assembled and manufactured by Karakoram Motors.

Master Motors of Pakistan has reached an agreement with Chongqing Changan Automobile Limited to assemble and sell their cars in Pakistan. To distribute and sell its electric vehicles across the country, Jinbei has partnered with Zenith Automotive (Pvt) Ltd.

Al Haj Automotive Private Limited recently struck an agreement with Proton to become the country's exclusive licenced distributor and assembler of Proton automobiles, with intentions to introduce their electric vehicles.

BMW's top-of-the-line electric automobiles, the i3 and i8, have arrived in Pakistan. Nissan, Hyundai, Audi, and Renault have already begun discussions with the Ministry of Transportation.

Changan Alsvin (2021).

by on June 01, 2022
Alsvin Car

Have you heard about the town's newest vehicle brand? Changan (pronounced'sya-ngan') vehicles is the brand, and they've just released a subcompact sedan.

Changan is a Chinese automobile manufacturer that ranks among the most popular on the mainland in terms of sales volume. Its global sales totalled 1.3 million units in 2019, making it one of China's 'Big Four' carmakers.

It presently operates joint ventures with Ford (Changan Ford) and Mazda due to its state-owned status (Changan Mazda). Of course, testing is essential to determining one's genuine degree of happiness with any new product.

Perhaps the most tempting aspect of the car at first was its incredibly low initial price, especially for a 1.4-liter vehicle. Obviously, the first question is whether the car has to compromise on features and driving dynamics.

Despite the delight At first, the possibility of driving a manual car in heavy highway traffic (a regular occurrence in the wake of the RFID saga), as harder clutch pedals can cause knee pain over time.

The clutch pedal, on the other hand, is delightfully soft, and the shifting is smooth and precise. People also thoroughly enjoyed travelling via the winding, hilly back roads.

The Alsvin receives approval in terms of driving enjoyment for what it is; it also pleases me to see that the variation still has room for a rear parking camera, despite the fact that some more expensive competitors do not.

The Alsvin 5MT also boasts a useful tyre pressure monitoring system that is generally only found in more expensive car models, as well as fuel economy-boosting suggestive gear changes displayed in the instrument cluster.

On the dash, a seven-inch touchscreen display with Bluetooth and USB connectivity sits beautifully; but, unlike the Chinese version, our local variation will be devoid of the Navi feature. While the Alsvin Platinum 1.5-litre variant comes with leather seats and a sunroof, basic Alsvin came with fabric seats that were comfy.

At the end of the day, the best way for anyone to make an opinion is to take the car for a test drive,  Within the local Changan range.

2022 Hyundai Elantra.

by on June 01, 2022
Elantra

The Hyundai Elantra, commonly known as the Hyundai Avante (Korean: ), is a small automobile manufactured by Hyundai in South Korea since 1990.

In Australia and several European markets, the Elantra was first sold as the Lantra. This was owing to the identically called Mitsubishi Magna Elante vehicle in Australia. Similarly, the term Avante is not utilised in other markets due to its closeness to Audi's "Avant" moniker, which is used for their station waggon lineup. In 2001, the name "Elantra" was standardised globally (except in South Korea).

The 1.6L variant of the Hyundai Elantra sedan has been officially launched in Pakistan. The new lower type is aimed at cars with smaller engines, such as the 1.6L Corolla and select 1.5L models, such as the Honda City and Alsvin Lumiere. In Pakistan, the new Hyundai Elantra GL 1.6 is priced at Rs. 4,299,000.

The car is powered by a 1600cc naturally aspirated engine with a 6-speed automated transmission. The automobile has a power output of 127 bhp and a torque output of 155 Nm. The 1.6L Corolla, by comparison, produces 120 horsepower and 154 Nm of torque. Click on the link below for a more complete comparison of both cars.

Traction control, stability control, digital climate control, electronically powered seats, drive modes, cruise control, push start, smart entry, and a few other minor amenities will be absent from the new automobile.

Two front airbags, steering buttons, a reversing camera, hill-start assist, ABS, and various manual options such as manual air conditioning settings and seat height adjustment are all available in the new 1.6L car.

It's fair to say the new car isn't up to modern standards, but Hyundai needed to set it out from the larger and more expensive 2.0 variation in order for buyers to compare the two models on pricing.

With the new automobile, Hyundai Pakistan is clearly looking to enter into the smaller engine capacity car category. The latest Elantra's 2000cc engine means greater taxes, which equals a higher overall price. It now costs about 4.4 million rupees. Hyundai Pakistan will be able to decrease the price of the automobile significantly and target lower-income clients with the smaller capacity engine.

the Elantra is official, and we have an idea what features will be included. Currently, comparing some of the top-of-the-line 2.0 Elantra features to the current Corolla to determine if they'll make their way down to the smaller model.

Proton Saga VS Suzuki Swift.

by on June 01, 2022

Swift

Swift does not appear to be the greatest alternative. I mean, a hatch for almost $3 million is a lot of money. But, if you dig a bit deeper and consider the arguments against all three, the Swift might not be such a horrible choice after all.

Perhaps it is superior than its competitors. The fact that it's a Suzuki, for starters. Whatever you think of the brand, you have to admit that Suzuki makes one of Pakistan's most reliable and easy-to-maintain vehicles. They aren't the most fashionable or attractive vehicles, but they are robust little vehicles that can transport you from one location to another without a hitch.

Then there's the fact that they're simple to repair. A Suzuki can be repaired by almost any mechanic in Pakistan. Their components are widely available. Even in the most remote sections of the country, you may locate all necessary maintenance and service components. Suzuki's wide dealer network ensures that you will not be left stranded if something goes wrong.

Again, the Swift is significantly more equipped than the Saga or the Alsvin because it is a more costly car, albeit a hatchback. For starters, the Suzuki DLX has six airbags versus two in both the Saga and the Alsvin.

Other features include keyless entry, push start, parking sensors, a rear camera, cruise control, an adjustable steering wheel with multimedia controls, power windows, engine modes, CVT, digital climate control, adjustable headlights, retractable side mirrors, and DRLs, to name a few. Hill hold aid, stability control, and ABS + EBD are also included in the Swift.

car

Then there is a top-of-the-line Proton Saga, Pakistan's cheapest car, costs 2.5 million rupees. The Saga makes the most sense if you just look at the numbers. Even though it's a sedan, although a small one, you get more boot capacity than any hatchback in this class, even if the cabin room is comparable to a hatch.

Simply, when compared to the Swift and the Alsvin, you get more automobile for your money. There's also the 1.5 Alsvin if you want something with greater power and a bigger engine. It is also larger in size than the Proton, with probably greater features and build quality.

Al-haj Proton has experienced major supply chain challenges. Because of a faulty supply chain and import issues, there were no Proton X70s sold in March 2022.

The fact is that the company hasn't been able to sell enough cars for it to become popular enough for third-party after-sales service, and spare parts have been difficult to come by due to various import hurdles, including delays caused by Covid.

In the end it is the costumer's choice according to his/her need and wants, what suits them and what they desire. Both the manufacturers have put an effort to provide the best to their audience and both seems to be successful in Pakistani market, one in terms of Budget and one in terms of features.
